Salary: £25,584 - £27,269 (actual salary £15,183.65 - £16,183.67)
Hours: 25 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 5 INSET Days

The Role
Since Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) was started in 2016 we have experienced rapid growth. We currently number 33 schools and have nearly 13,000 pupils in our schools and 1,700 employees. We will continue to grow with more schools in Bristol expected to join in the coming years. We are now recruiting for an Administrator to support our Central Office and staff with key day to day tasks and duties. This important role will be the ’first face of the trust’ for many and will help ensure we are working as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Our Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, positive first impressions and efficient communication for our Central Team. They will have a can-do, approachable attitude and a keen eye for detail. There will be opportunities to help organise events and be involved in important projects, including data analysis. Significant time is spent organising diaries to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner. Being able to build relationships with colleagues, including senior leaders, across the Trust as well dealing with enquiries and guests in a professional welcoming manner is essential. Whilst working in the education sector before is not required, being willing and open to learn about the Trust, and how we operate is important.
