We are looking to recruit to our Cover-Co-ordinator/HR Admin role, which will be vacant from the 5th November 2026.

This is a part time, job share role, where the post holder will need to work on a Thursday and Friday, 7:15am to 1:45pm (6 hours with a half hour break) each day.

This is a fast-paced, busy role where the first part of the working day will be to organise cover for absent teachers each day, where absences can either be planned, or known on the morning, and where cover needs to be fully sorted by 8:30am.

The rest of the day involves a range of Cover administration, and HR administration, which includes monitoring and responding to queries in the cover inbox, monthly payroll inputting or checking, or Bromcom administration.

The post is line managed by, and sits in the same office as the HR Officer.

If you have great attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as being flexible (where as a job share you can sometimes you can cover on different days of the week on occasion), and enjoy a busy working environment, we would love to receive your application.

Please make your application via the Lighthouse Schools Partnership website by Sunday 27 September 2026.

You will be redirected to the Lighthouse Schools Partnership Trust vacany platform, through which you will need to register and make your application.

interviews will be held on Wednesday 7 October
