We are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Years practitioner to join our team as an Early Years Specialist. This is a rewarding opportunity to support schools in strengthening their Early Years provision and improving outcomes for children. Working as part of our English Hub team, you will provide school-to-school support, coaching leaders and practitioners, delivering professional development and helping schools implement evidence-informed approaches to communication and language, early literacy and Reception practice.
To be successful in this role, you will have substantial Early Years experience, excellent knowledge of effective Early Years practice and the ability to build positive professional relationships with colleagues across a range of settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist support, advice and coaching to schools to strengthen the quality of Early Years provision and improve outcomes for children.
- Deliver professional development, training and modelling of effective practice for Early Years leaders, teachers and support staff.
- Support schools to implement evidence-informed approaches to communication and language, early literacy and early reading development.
- Work collaboratively with school leaders to identify strengths, priorities for development and sustainable improvement strategies.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of support programmes, ensuring schools make progress towards agreed objectives.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, acting as an advocate for high-quality Early Years education.
- Contribute to the wider work of the English Hub, sharing best practice and supporting the successful delivery of programmes and initiatives across the partnership.

The Trust
The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi-Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. From September there will be 33 schools in the Trust.
The Lighthouse Schools Partnership is cross-phase and includes Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. The Trust is a mixed MAT and includes both non-denominational and Church of England schools.
